Hello ,there are several types of motor neuron diseases, what are your actual problems? And who told you have motor neuron disease? These are not clear in your questions. Get back with details. If you just have generalized weakness , and not able to work, always fell tired then consider taking multivitamin tablets, or else visit the general physician.
