Lymph nodes. Long time and theyre small!

Hii doctor so I have total 4 lymph nodes(1 is occipital 1 is groin 1 is preauricular and 1 is just on jawline) the neck lymph node is almost gone now as I can barely feel it and the node on jaw is present since my childhood it's painless hard and very very moveable it can move to top and bottom on my jaw and it's around 0.5-0.7 mm oval shaped same with the preauricular node it's oval movable 0.7-0.8 mm in length and shorter in width the groin node is bit larger and I have a infection in my groin(jock itch) it's all over my inner thighs.I also keep getting frequent mouth ulcers(I have 2 now) and sore throats.My neck nodes are almost gone i just wanted to ask about the jaw and preauricular nodes as they're present for very very long time and theyre small
