Lvl 8 pain
Having foot an ankle pain and lower back pain its sharp pain. my original dr said i have 2 tears in my foot and swelling and fluid from a work injury and chronic l4 raidoupathy from the emg. the dr out here says nothings wrong with me but gave me meloxicam

Along with medicine you need to visit your near by physiotherapist for proper assessment and treatment. He will guide you proper exercise routine so that muscle wasting get prevented. Otherwise in long term muscle become weak only pain is not concern. Get well soon
