Lungs and Chest pain

Asked for Female, 21 Years

My sister is having less haemoglobin about 8.1 and now she is having a chest pain around the heart portion also she is getting very slow in her day to day life i mean she does everything in a slow motion whether it is to eat, walk, picking up things or anything etc. she is very slow also she doesn't take the right diet she eats very less like almost one chapati with very difficulty.. we don't understand what's going on.. our doctor consult us to have a x-ray but nothing is going right also she is looking like she is depressed and cries often with the situation .. should we go for a ct scan??
