  4. Lumps on anal opening. Or what's it.

Lumps on anal opening.
I have 3or 4lumps on my anus opening and they r not painful they from 2or3years but few days ago I found a new small lump there and it's painful while pooping .today I saw some blood there .is it sign of anal cancer or what's it.??
