I got lumps in my left breast and got the radiology scan as well. i got pain in my breast as well. i am little worried and doctor has suggested me for surgery and is the surgery really necessary?

Lump in left Breast
With mastitis .
Fibroadenoma as per USG.

Fibroadenoma is a benign breast lump
Surgery is required
Its better to undergo surgery now when the lump is smaller so the smaller incision is needed for surgery and hence scar will also be smaller
