Hi, I'm asking this from as she is suffering from lymphatic Tb. Before 6 months, she had a lump in her lower neck and that time I consulted a doctor and after few test he suggested to take AKT-4 for 6 months. After few aspiration for pus that lump got vanished and now she got an another lump. Plz consult what we do now

Do aspiration from the new lump and it for cytology ( FNAC) & pus culture esp. for M tuberculosis.
