Lump on wrist
My young brother has a recurring lump on his wrist. We have been to the doctor twice and both times the doctor cut it up and removed some oily fluid from it but it has returned for a third time. For obvious reasons this has us worried and we would like to know further about it. I did a little google search about it and apparently the condition is called Ganglion Cysts. Can i get more understanding and advise on the matter?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It may be a ganglion cyst and ganglion cysts are notorious for recurring. The primary mode of treatment is draining the fluids and injection a steroid into it. Consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
