  4. Lump on the back. Something cancerous.

Lump on the back.
I was rubbing my own back near the kidney side with my fingers and i noticed a bump under the skin. It feel hard and had no pain. It doesn't feel in the skin but on the muscle or something. I have attached a picture. After i have pressed it a lot and rubbed it it is paining now a little and red a little.. is it something cancerous. I am having anxiety. I never noticed it before
