  4. Lump on groin. How to avoid such lumps?

Lump on groin
I have a lump of size nearly 1 inch near groin area. It is located just below the waist line where we usually put the belt. Recently, the lump has broke open little and it is burning if anything touches the lump. I want to understand: Why such lump has appeared? What is the medication? How to avoid such lumps?
