First i have only one lump in arm...nd now I have lump and bump under skin whole body ..they r painless nd growing more in body ..... after i get search may b it call lipoma problem

Many people have Lumps/Bumps/nodules under the skin,,,,however if the number is more...it should be investigated,,,and the cause found out.

Visit to a General Surgeon/ MD physician is needed.
for assessment and subsequent tests including biopsy which could be considered.

These could be multiple lipomas under your skin, which is seen quite often.
Assessment by either a Physician or a dermatologist or even a general Surgeon will be appropriate.
A biopsy would give the correct diagnosis to give you peace of mind.
