Lump in throat
It was a sinking feeling at the pit of my stomach which was spreading slowly upwards, to wards my throat I felt afraid extremely afraid there was no logical reason to it really. The fear for nothing. My heart weights like a ton constant pounding heartbeat also struggling to fall asleep so i started to take sleeping pills I do have breathing problems at night time. I consulted a general doctor he said I am making it all up. But I don't know what's happening to me pls help me.

Hello. I see that the sinking feeling is really bothering you. Perhaps you could meet a counsellor who will explore the feelings, the triggers for it and will help you relax and regain your composure. Some relaxation exercises might also help you sleep better.
