Lump in right testicle
I have a lump in right part of scrotum for many years now (So long that I'm used to it) .The size of the lump changes. It is small when I wake up in the morning and large sometimes(about the size of the testicle). The maximum size of the lump doesn't seem to be growing over the time I kept an eye on it(last 6 months) and perhaps from the start. From what I noticed, it is separate from my testicle(feels like 3rd testicle when big). It is attached to the top of the scrotum. I feel no pain even if squeezed. I have no side effects because of it, I urinate properly without pain, no stomach ache, and no weightlessness, no sexual problem or any other problem. What could it be?
