Lump in the pubic area that us the external vaginal near the thigh it is an itchy hard lump and I am on medication of serborric dermatitis what can be the cause of that hard lump I am very scared and skin is peeling kn the inner thigh .please help me what can be that hard lump it pains when touched and lot of pubic hairs are falling and something white dust coming I am scared of that lump .what can be the cause of that lump ..
