I got a lump in my stomach skin from last some years but recently it is painful some time what is it is it any serious case

I think you should get examined by a good doctor at the earliest. A long standing lump .. Suddenly getting painful doesn't at all seem to be good ... You might hv to go for a biopsy also . Please visit a good ,experienced doctor soon.
