Please use this app to find a good ENT Specialist near you. You need yo get an ultrasonographic examination of your neck to fins out the real issue behind the swelling. A tender painful swelling is actually good news... Meaning that it is either a reactive lymphadenitis or a parotid salivary infection or salivary stone formation...... All of which can be easily treated by tour ENT doctor.
