A general cardio exercise would be better rather than exercising any specific part of your body. Also lifting heavy weights or going for weight training while you are having spinal problem might add on to your problem. It would be better to take an expert opinion before deciding your exercise schedule.  Homoeopathic medicine will prove to be of great help to improve your bone health and also to reduce your problem
Next Steps
get your calcium and vitamin D checked

Hi... If you have any back or neck problem like pain, numbness, vertigo etc, you should be doing the specific exercises for your spine first. Once those problems get solved, which generally get solved in a short period of time, you will be able to do all the exercises. e.g. Weight training, Yoga, Running, Swimming etc etc. There won't be any problem. Have a happy healing... ☺
Health Tips
Till then avoid all the activities which give you pain.
