Lower back pain since 7 m
Back pain due to heavy wt liftng 8 months ago..take medicine... and finally some improvement... now since 1 month its come again... present time its referred to hip joint and both thigh...but relief in back...

Change in the character of pain may indicate a compression of the nerve roots in your back. Please visit your local orthopedician. He would examine you for signs of slip disc or any other disorder and order investigations like an mri of your back
