Lower leg pain only in left leg

Asked for Female, 45 Years

Lower leg pain in left side only , her age was 45 year, since 1 week pain was increased , she was also a thyroid patient , weight was also gaining fastly , doctor advice me for thyroid report and haemoglobin report,report was normal..Is physiotherapy be helpful
