consult a dentist near you , get an x-ray done, if the cavity is not deep then it can be filled, but if it's deep then you have to get RCT done followed by capping.
Hello Mam, you might be developing a cavity in that teeth. If there is no pain it is possible to do a filling. If you have pain then get an Xray done for same and may be a root canal treatment will be required.
Next Steps
Visit an Endodontist and get an X- ray done if required
Front teeth in lower jaw getting black(non vital) and having hole(decay) clearly indicates towards a dental issue(irreversible pulpitis) and might cause fall of teeth and pain.consult a dentist and get an iopa x ray done to evaluate the problem.you can post the x ray here too so that we can also diagnose & plan a treatment.

It is probably decay. Get an X Ray done. If the decay is very deep then root canal treatment may be required. If not just a filling would be sufficient.
