Please get a dental xray done to determine causes of change in colour. Treatment can be a filling or a root canal supported by a tooth coloured crown.

Hello Mam, you might be developing a cavity in that teeth. If there is no pain it is possible to do a filling. If you have pain then get an Xray done for same and may be a root canal treatment will be required.

Front teeth in lower jaw getting black(non vital) and having hole(decay) clearly indicates towards a dental issue(irreversible pulpitis) and might cause fall of teeth and pain.consult a dentist and get an iopa x ray done to evaluate the problem.you can post the x ray here too so that we can also diagnose & plan a treatment. Regards Dr.Sparsh Nigam

It is probably decay. Get an X Ray done. If the decay is very deep then root canal treatment may be required. If not just a filling would be sufficient.
Next Steps
Get an X Ray done
