I am having lower back pain mostly on the right side and recently due to it my right leg is also getting the pain. Could you please suggest what to do?

hot pack on back for 5-6 mins thrice daily. proper posture while sitting, avoid prolong sitting, standing, walking, etc ergonomic changes are advised. you can opt for pain relieving modalities, consult a qualified physiotherapist regarding it.
