From past 2 month i am feeling pain in lower back... i dont know wethr its strain or slip disc...?
I didn't had any injury ,,, or i dont remeber any sharp pain while lifting any wait... i do gym
But i never did it any exercise with wrong posture or shape... what jt can be ... help..?
Help me with symptoms of both... it might take you a minute but it can help me... pls help..

It can be both. It depends on ur symptoms which will tell more about ur condition. Do as dr prashant has said. And also keep a pillow below both knees when sleeping on back and keep a pillow between both knees when sleeping on side . use a lumbar belt when doing any weight lifting exercise in future.
