Lower back pain + tingling in legs
Hey I am 23 years old I have been experiencing tingling in my legs for 3 months now , the doctors I consulted gave me vitamin or omega 3 capsules they worked to some extent but now from 2-3 days I have been experiencing a dull constant lower back pain and also slight pain in knees sometimes , I know this isn't vitamin deficiency , please help.

As you have mentioned it is a low back pain with Radiation to the legs .. you need to visit a physiotherapist for the same for exercise and for relief of symptoms

Kindly get clinically evaluated by an Orthopaedician. A thorough neurological examination is needed. Accordingly, you may be asked to do an xray or MRI of the lower back (LS spine).
