Lower back pain
Since past two months I'm having extremely severe back pain. I was working till one month ago, now I've taken a sabbatical to study for a competitive exam, which requires me to sit and study for the whole day, and this back pain has increased alot since I started my studies, I'm constantly worried about it. Yesterday my mother suggested to try on her lumbar belt to see if that helps, I've been wearing it since yesterday but I don't feel much difference. I'm worried if this has become a lifelong aiment. I'm not at all able to focus on my studies. Please suggest as soon as possible.
