Lower back pain
She fell down. And now has lower back pain and glute pain when she has to get up or sit down or turn sides. But she can bring her legs upto 90degrees while lying down without pain. She can walk without pain. Can she have a sacrum stress fracture? Or is it just muscle blood clot soreness pain? Does she need an x ray since its difficult for her to walk for long. Will BCAA help her heal along with calcium and D3 Tablets?

Considering the age factor and possible osteoporosis its best to screen for any pelvis or lower spine fractures and then start Physiotherapy to reduce pain and inflammation.
