Pain in the lower back n swelling over there pain is persisting since last 2 years n swelling from last 5 days n getting worse with the days

Pain in the lower back for more than 2 yrs along with swelling for past 5 days should be investigated. Pls contact a Spine Specialist. After clinical examination the doctor will ask for X rays.Important to rule out infections like TB in a long standing back pain.
