Lower back pain
My lower back shows a sudden pain when i try to getup from my office seat and sometimes when i try sitting on it. Same happens for car getting out or in. It doesnt pain atall during any other activity. I play badminton 3-4 times a week and it does not pain during sports.

See every body who sits for more than 8hours a day in a office they all are suffering called Sitting disease. Your back must be weak so you need to strenghthen your core muscles and back for sure and moreover you need to know how to sit painfree for that one can educate you properly. Its a good trick to avoid this pain. We can easily avoid this problem.

Consult any nearby physio.Check your Vitamin D and avoid sitting for long avoid sofa for sometime
