Lower back pain

Lower back (right side) is severely paining from the past 2 days.when he sleeps /sits , it becomes really difficult to get up because it pains so much. Kindly help

  Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises  x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang Asana. Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Hello ! You are suffering from muscle catch. Application of ice in a wet cloth will help you to reduce ur pain. Apply for 10 minutes.Also consult Physio for assesment followed by kinesio taping and pain relief treatments.
