Its been six month i have suffered from back injury.
While performing dead lift exercise in the gym i met this injury at very lower side of back on left hand side.
So i decided to take rest.After 2 months i feel good.
Now i have started work out in Gym again but iam suffering from same pain again.
Kindly suggest some remedies

Obviously stopping the gym wasn't the answer. This needs medical attention. Please get the spine evaluated to make sure this doesn't become chronic back pain.
