Lower back pain
I work in the IT sector so my sitting is more as I have to code. Its been not more than 2 months now. And I have this pain in my lowerback which at times extends to my legs.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

It could be mechanical low back ache due to poor posture and weak muscles.
