I gave birth through c section...now my baby was 3 months old..
From 2nd month of my baby ,I started pumping...by sitting many hours while pumping,I got heavy lower back pain ..I stop pumping and give formula for my baby..
my ortho doctor prescribed some pain killers and mussle relaxant..
But it didn't go away, and suggest MRI...on that I have diffuse disc bulge at L4L5 level causes anterior thecal sac intentation..

Need pain killers n exercise n physiotherapy under supervision.
Also talk to ur orthopedic doctor regarding treatment options .
