Lower back pain
I am suffering from lower back pain since last week, When i am standing or sleeping it does not hurts, but when i am sitting it hurts. Initially it was just a point in lower back now its more, I dont remember lifting anything very heavy or any physical activity.

Hello....This is a Mechanical Low Back pain which cause by nutation of Sacrum Bone S1. It can be check with lying on stomach (prone lying) and feet out of the bed check both medial malleolus of tibea Bone and fine the side of nutation. It can be corrected with Manipulation trust and maintained by Kinesiology Taping. Good luck.
