Lower back pain going to both legs
I have lower back pain which is moving to both the legs and I am unable to stand or walk for few minutes. Sometime there is strecthing of nerves or muscles in legs which is unbearable pain

Mam as per the provided information it may be a central PIVD that means slip disc in layman terms.this leads to compression on your spinal cord and nerves coming down gets pressed leading to radiating pain to may be one leg or both.some experience pain some tingling and some numbness.
Next Steps
Get an MRI done first. start with medication if pain is unbearable. start with physiotherapy.

drink enough water. avoid sitting on floor. avoid bending forward. heating will help. use Dynapar ointment for pain relief.
