Lower Back pain
Due to traveling in coach bus I got some back pain. My height is 6'3". I rest for couple of days. But on sneezing I got jerk in my back and its like pain hellyeah. I can't even stand or lie on back. What should I do and where do I consult. Pls advise. Do I need to rush to hospital or any physiotherapy clinic will be good.

Kindly visit a Orthopedics followed by physiotherapy sessions...I think it will be a muscular sprain that has occurred due to sneezing... if this is case you. Ab go for a technique known as dry needling... it is being done intramuscularly... Get well soon take care.. for further qurries you take this down to my private consultation page... Regards

U need to see ur orthopedician or spine surgeon as u could have slip disc problem as per ur description. U might need MRI after comolete evaluation

First Consult to orthopaedicen for proper medicine and diagnosis .take rest and application of ice pack 10 min twice a day.10 days. Than consult to physiotherapist. Take care

Consult Ortho surgeon and rule out any disc problem by investigations. Medicines with Physio should be helpful.
