Lower back pain and pelvic pain
I have lower back pain from 1 year and now my left pelvic is paining a lot while sitting.....i read constantly for about 3 hour .....my doctor prescribed zinase dp a

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hii..It can be because of wrong posture and spasm of back muscles..Don,t sit continues for 3 hrs, max 1 hr and get up from the chair n move around..If having more pain meet physiotherapist n take pain relief treatment.once pain is less start back strengthening and stretching exercise.

Hello....... Lower back pain could be due to paraspinal muscle spasm , intervertibral disc bulge or herniation,damaged bone or ligament,radiculopathy ( small nerve root irrigation) ..it s not possible to comment without x ray ,MRI, ... Improper posture while working or sleeping can also aggravate back pain consult orthopedic surgeon
