Looks like Mechanical Low backpain, though other causes can be ruled out only by clinical examination by an Orthopedic /Spine Surgeon. Treatment essentially is Medications, Physiotherapy and  Postural Care. Remember that besides wrong posture or weak back muscles, other causes also are possible so don't ignore meeting a doc and just relying only on painkillers available at the chemist or hot fomentation/ointment for relief.
Next Steps
Visit a doc-get an Xray and few basic tests done if necessary.
Health Tips
Avoid lifting weights or bending forwards or sitting in abnormal postures.
