Lower abdominal discomfort
I had an episode of colitis during June 2016, got cured with antibiotic treatment. Following the same, with an interval of 2 -3 months, I am having lower abdominal discomfort with lose motion. Suffers from gas formation, following food intake.

Abdominal discomfort and recurrent loose motions are typical of colitis. Can be treated well with Ayurvedic medications. Along with that you need to follow certain light diet and buttermilk. Drink boiled water adding a pinch of ginger powder. If you need Ayurvedic treatment, you can consult me.

Follow light diet specially in dinner, drink warm water after meals.
