Lower abdomen and pelvic pain
I am lower abdomen pain and cramps.. the pain also spreads to my pelvis...I m having difficulty walking, coughing...even at rest it is happening..I also had periods this month..I also have anal cramps sometimes...I also had USG and other blood tests.. everything was normal... what should I do?

Menstrual cycle is the probable cause in your case. Since USG is normal nothing to worry. Hormones will settle down and your problems will slowly resolve. Consult your Gynecologist for pain and spasm medication.
Next Steps
If symptoms persist beyond 3 months consult an Orthopedic Surgeon also
