Lowe foot pinching and numbness feeling
I am facing lower sole part of foot pain and pin pinching pain or numbness sometimes.When I am walking I am feeling good ..but.pain is more at night times/relax mode ....With a doubt I went for diabetic test HbA1c test result of 5.1% and FBS 110 and Post meal-140.....TSH LEVEL-2.6..CBP and CUE reports are normal...and  B12- 142.. So Doctor told b12 deficiency also reasons for foot pain....doctor adviced  one Me12 injection and Me12 tablets daily one tablet... I have taken injection and taking tablets from 20 days...but from last 3 days ..I feeling same pain again... I want to know the any other reasons are there or which doctor to consult...?

It looks like vit b12 deficiency only ..you need to take complete course of tablet to get it corrected Also improve food rich in b12 like eggs n liver
