Hi welcome - I advice you to consime more cereals mainly basmati riice 3 days Khchdi, 2 days fried rice /polao , potatoes filled chapathi are helpful. also add banana 2 pcs,pudding, curd, cheese, cream paneer, home biriyani,goodfor you. also butter milk,chana, dry fruits are helpful as all are high calorei rich of fat.

Hi, I understand your concern. Check your family history, any physical concerns, digestive disorders, anxiety, stress or depression. Any of these issues can affect health n weight. If all OK, then you can have more calorie rich nutritious meals. Like wholesome cereals like oats, atta, jowar, etc fruits n milk smoothies, fruit custard etc. Nuts, soya milk, dals, sprouts, eggs.etc. Little cardio exercise daily. Keep yourself hydrated.

Eat healthy balanced diet having  high protein and high carbohydrate divided into three main and three small meals, Keep yourself physically active by doing some walk or exercise or anything. Drink 10-12 glass of water daily.
