Low weight and height
My baby is 13 months old and weights 7 kg height is 69cm. His birth weight was 2.25kg
He is active and have reached all respective milestones but is very lean
Plz suggest the reason and solution and also if any blood test or other tests that we should do to check where is he exactly lagging.

His weight is appropriate considering the birth weight. No need to worry as the child is developmentally normal.They usually catch up by 2 years of age.
