Low Vitamin B12 & High Uric Acid
My latest blood report states that I have low Vitamin B12(102) which should be above 211 and a high Uric acid level of 9.5 which should be below 7.
I need to know if I can take a Vitamin B12 tablet called "Cobal 500mcg Mecobalamin" to increase my Vitamin B12 levels.
