Low platelets count
Hi doctor, i am from delhi. My younger brothet is suffering from fever from 28th of this month, currently the fever has gone but platelet count is decreasing, on 19th it was 1.40, on 21 it was 0.96, on 22 it was 0.90 and today i.e on 23 it is 0.76.

May be dengue...get dengue serology done...take him to nearest physician they will do the needful.. if counts drops bellow 20k he may require platelets transfusion
