Hi, I'd like to gain a little bit more insight on the presence of any other symptoms like fever/body pains/cough in addition to the breathlessness. As for the lack of sleep and low energy levels, a good BALANCED diet with timely sleep is important to help the body sustain its metabolic capacity.
Health Tips
It's quite helpful to steer clear of gadgets and screens before going to sleep and to avoid using place of work and place of sleep interchangeably. All in all, good rest and proper nutrition should help you with your situation.
