Low haemoglobin
My mother is suffering from leg pain since long.. Even when she cooks, she cant even stand properly.. Sometimes these pain are worst. Her haemoglobin is 9.0 gm/dl Packed cell, volume 28.1% MCV 69.6 fl MCH 22.3 pg RDW 18.4% Hydroxy - Vitamin D, Serum 9.2 ng/ml. This is the latest report of my mother. Her diet is also not good. Can someone please share your valuable knowledge. Which fruits or foods she must intake daily? It would be perfect if someone can write a full day diet plan?

Your mother has low vitamin D She possibly has low calcium too Please increase calcium in diet
