Does blood thinner like Clopidogrel salt decreases haemoglobin? Is 7.8 very low for 70 year old male?

Clopidigrel won't cause anemia. 7.8 mg/dl is very low for any age group. Need transfusion or supplements. Get treated for anemia as 70 yrs age group, tend to get cardiac related problems with severe anemia.
