Low facial and body hair.

Hi, My name is mahesh and i am 23 year old male. My body shape is slim and i have very less muscle but fat is accumulated in chest and belly area. I have very little facial and chest hair. My voice is not manly (others have difficulty understanding what i say) , I get tired, sleepy easily.. depressed too.. please help
