Low energy and sleepy, fatigue
I am 35+ married men, feels low in energy and sleepy most of the time for last 6 months.. During working hours also doesn't have energy to work... Not sure about which physician to consult...Or is there any deficiency which is affecting my health..

You need a thorough examination hence please consult a physcian who can examine you and advise accordingly because your symptoms could be due to many reasons .
