Low Dialostic BP at Night
My Mother-in-law is of 77 Years. She was admitted into the hospital for Covid Positive and Accute Neumonia from 8th to 22nd April. She is having Diabetes and BP problem for last 25 years. At present she is taking "Concor 5 AM" one tablet daily at Morning Breakfast. She is having low Dialostic BP issue for last two days during night after dinner. Her Dialostic BP coming down to 52 whereas the upper BP remains around 110.
Whats the issue of lowering Dialostic BP and what you advise.

Diastolic bp can be low after acute illness . With healthy eating, hydration this will slowly get to normal . For meantime you can switch to plain CONCOR 5 instead of concor am.
