Hello friend You definitely needs to go to orthopaedician as well as neurologist as you are showing signs in both upper limb and lower limb. Don't delay. Already you have L4L5 and L5 S 1 compression . You need to get your cervical  (neck) investigations done as well.

Don't rest till your doctor finds a proper diagnosis. It may be higher up lesion in neck or brain. Neuro or orthopaedic surgeon would be the best doctors to detect and treat your problem. They have to prove every thing wrong, if they don't want to miss diagnosis. Take care. Keep me posted

Low back pain with right lower limb weakness with PIVD L4-5,L5-S1 -may require surgery depending on the clinical findings. Please consult a Spine Specialist. If the symptoms and the MRI image match a simple Endoscopic Discectomy may help you. You may need further examination and investigations to find cause for hand symptoms.

Looks like you have been Diagnosed with PIVD L5-S1 , and the pain has now started to radiate / affect your legs. Seems like you haven't been indulged in any kind of therapy and also not taking any precautions during your work and or doing your daily living tasks since long. tingling starts only when, 1. there is compression of nerve and 2. when the nerve starts to repair, (that happens after injury). yours appear to be case 1. that is why in your case i will recommend the following. a) Reducing your body weight (if you are overweight) b) Doing some strengthening exercises of your back muscles. c) Doing some lifestyle changes and how you perform tasks (please refer to my other responses regarding back pain) Talking about weakness (what commonly is displayed is : weakness and pain starting from hip and travelling down :: if that is there is a classic symptom of a condition called sciatica i.e compression of sciatic nerve) in this case you need to do the strengthening exercise also do some stretching. (while lying down on your back bringing your knees close to your chest [one by one (starting with Right leg) keeping your other leg straight] and [both of them together] holding each stretch for 20-30 seconds and repeat for 4-5 times. 2-3 times a day as per your convenience.
Next Steps
Take precautions (like not to bend forward, take support wherever possible), Do strengthening , Contact nearest Occupational Therapist to know how you can perform your work better and reduce the stress at your back.
Health Tips
FOLLOWING PRECAUTIONS IS MORE ADVISABLE THAN DOING TREATMENT . BY JUST FOLLOWING WHAT NOT TO DO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REDUCE YOUR PAIN SIGNIFICANTLY. STAY HEALTHY
